15 tickets purchased! Many thanks to a pal who went down and queued this morning. £64 category. Because we all wanted to sit together we are no where near the "singing area"...think we're block 527 or something so half way line view (good), but next to Swansea fans (bad).

Still we're all together which was what we wanted and I'm sure a group of 15 can still have a decent old sing song even if we will look enviously to our left, and aggressively to our right!

After getting kicked out 3 times on the final page (and having problems with a couple of the member card numbers), I gave up at 10 and drove to the ground. Got there at 11am, 10 mins waiting for category 2 tickets, very helpful TO staff. Reading>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Ticketzone.

Even though payment hasn't yet come out of my account, they have confirmed there are no issues, we definitely have seats and they have even provided seat numbers.

you seem to get through quickly and even if you are on hold you are only paying normal call rates (free for many at the weekend) rather than 5p + a minute.

I had a phone call from the club at 9pm last night to confirm whether my order was correct. Because I had booked 2x8 tickets and 1x2 tickets via TZ, they wanted to confirm that I really did want the 2x8 tickets and that it wasn't a double booking because of problems with the web site.

Fair play to them for checking.

I presume that they must have been working their way through the web orders to batch them up for despatch. So hopefully they will arrive Monday or Tuesday.

if you don`t get your tickets this time its not the posties fault, it probably means TZ haven`t posted them!!..what a god awful service, what would they do if they had a big event to cover?

I've just spent £76 x 2 on two tickets, however at the end the flakey shitty site said something about an error (another one!).

So i went back to the beginning and now I can't login as it says I've already booked tickets.

No confirmation email (yet) and no text message (yet)!

This is so oxf*rd annoying.

No Email or Text. Tried two phone numbers and one is constantly engaged, and the other says "We are too busy, call back later" and hangs up.

Well that was a nightmare, wanted 3 tickets, as a season ticket holder i could book 2 and then from today the additional 1 on a friends member card but the system didnt seem to understand this, when i "logged in" with my ST details, it asked for an additional season ticket number to book the extra ticket, which obviously I didn't have, and when logged in as the member card holder, it asked for 2 additional member card numbers =\

Seeing as im entitled to 2 on my season ticket i typed in my own ST details twice and it accepted it, after many errors i got a conformation email though.. lets hope all is ok.. Cant talk to anyone at Ticket Zone, earlier i sat on the phone for 15 mins in "position 5" and now i cant call at all due to a "high number of calls"
