IF it is then I am quite happy with that tbh. Looks alright, liking the more white than blue.

Really hope we get that design, but I reckon they'll swap the blue and white around, giving us blue sleeves and shorts.

gazzer, loyal royal I thought our deal with waitrose was up this year hence the trialling of new pies and the cheap kit

re: waitrose, we have them until 2012/13.

Waitrose announces two-year extension of Reading FC sponsorship

Food shop gives early Christmas present to Royals fans

Waitrose, the food shops of the John Lewis Partnership, is delighted to spread some festive cheer to Reading FC fans, by announcing that it has signed a further two-year sponsorship deal with the club.

The supermarket chain, which is currently in its third season of sponsoring Reading FC having first signed up to support the club in 2008, is the only food retailer in Britain to have this kind of deal with a major football team.

As part of its sponsorship of the 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons
, Waitrose’s name will continue to appear on the team’s home and away kits, Waitrose special offers will be available to season ticket holders, and the supermarket will supply food for the players’ away matches.

Waitrose Commercial Director, Mark Williamson, said, "We’re delighted to extend our commitment to Reading Football Club and its supporters by sponsoring the team for the next two seasons. The partnership has already enabled us to support the community in one of our prime retailing areas and broadened the exposure of our brand on both a local and national level. We look forward to building on the success of the partnership and further realising its potential in the years ahead."

I hope thats not the kit next season, it is fecking horrible... colours the otherway round, i guess will be ok...still not sure though.
A possible reason we are waiting until the last minute for a new shirt is the small matter of monday...if we win, we can't have anything on the back of the shirt, if we don't, we could have a waitrose slogan, or another sponsor on the back. I'm not saying we will or that that is the reason, it's just a possibility.

Colors the other way around why? mOre white than blue is the more traditional reading colours! a Return to the above kit would be brill.

^this. More white than blue > more blue than white.

Also white shorts and socks > blue shorts and socks

Like that! But as Kes is claiming to have seen it it means he hasn't and this is a punt. Hope it is though.

Agree with the above too. More white back in the kit please.
