Pretty sure the rule is whichever is the lower of 10% of capacity or 3,000 seats.

This is also caveated by "as long as there is sufficient segregation" or something like that - so there will be the odd allocation of below 3,000 which are also less than 10% of capacity.

Surprised they've broken from last time's 3 tiered pricing system. I question if we'll sell out against the likes of Wigan, West Brom, Fulham and Southampton at £32 a go. We could bring tickets down for those sorts of games by a fiver.
