Came up on my iPod as I walked to work yesterday. It got me wondering what the hell happened to it. Why did the club stop playing it before matches and more importantly, can we please have it back?
As far I'm aware its unique to RFC and is the closest we've had to a club song since 'Sing for the Royals'. Certainly better than hearing Phil Collins as was the case on Tuesday

Wasn't it some song that Glen Little had played on a team trip to Spain or something and was used for a while for the 106 points winning team?
It doesn't really have any relevance to today's team, I'd have thought.
And besides that it reminds me of a really horrible person that I'd rather not think about.

Sweet Caroline brings back memories of the '106 team parading' the championship trophy around the Madejski after the QPR game for me, so i would be happy to hear it being belted out around the stadia again.

watching the Liverpool game, and they have one sonmg, chosen by the fans way back, and always theirs. We should have a similar song. SC was a good one, the only real alternative is Terry and June!

It brightens any day and has such great memories.
We often get attempts from the Club to start a trend, but they always give up after a couple of week. Just play it every week and it'll stick.

Why is it always up to someone else to deliver. Surely if the fans (thats us, just in case you forgot) started singing it on a regular basis it would catch on.
I'd get a season ticket just to here it every game
Though... I know have a vision of Kebe rocking to it...
