Ohh not bad for a crap tuesday night with only 500 odd away fans. Guessed at about 15.5k from the crowd.

More than against Derby, Doncaster & Barnsley. Despite poor home results attendences going up?

a couple more seasons in the Championship and your attendances will be down to about 12k.

Can we hold you to this prediction? Can you define "about"? Or are you happy to call it <12,500, but >11,499 ?

On the back of a sell out against West Ham...

Reading FC - Official

Very good support from our fans again - we'll have more than 20,000 coming on Boxing Day, and our average attendances are up by more than 1,100 this season.

Quite grateful for Kes' awful attempts at fishing. I wouldn't have otherwise seen the upwards trend in our attendance, which is encouraging.

Reading fan slagging off someone elses away fans when ours are in the bottom few in the dvision?

They will bring far more here over the xmas period than we will take to them in the reverse game on a normal sat afternoon.

The game at their place is a Tuesday night.

I do agree though, Reading fans have no place criticising another team's away support.

Our away followings seem to have been a bit better this year, but they're still shit.

I'm sure you don't need reminding of Chelsea shoddy support in the 80's and early 90's and pre Abramovich. You're still the same small time supporters, only with a rich owner throwing a billion at winning a couple of FA Cups and Premier League titles.

Chelsea's support is, and always has been, greater in numbers that Reading's. Both home and away, pre or post Abramovitch.

To suggest anything less is laughable.
