In case you hadn't seen this in the depths of the Semi Final tickets thread: Some fat 10 year old kid from Huddersfield won a competition to be a mascot with Reading for tomorrow's game at Wembley, but openly said he wanted Arsenal to win. Now it's been cancelled because his parents "Didn't want Ryan to be upset on the day with any booing from the Reading fans". Kind of agree it was a bit inappropriate that he should be a Reading mascot with no connections to the team and anyway the FA are letting him do an England game now. An early lesson in football etiquette, the tubby little shit.

"Well I have one very upset 10 yr old, just got a phone call from the F A to say due to all the adverse publicity Ryan's short video posted on the examiner web site has caused and all the complaints the F A have received mainly from Reading supporters etc, they have cancelled his place on Saturday as a mascot, they have however offered him to be a mascot at a future England game or a flag bearer, although this is still a good prize to win, I am now left with a non refundable hotel room on Wembley way, and 2 tickets for the game but in the Arsenal end hahahah, not sure if I want to go anyway now, would rather go to the England match.
So the question is where do I take Ryan this weekend to make up for his disappointment. Guess it might be the Town Game hahahaha."
