PATRIQT
Dirk Gently
Hound ED family stand ...

Erectile Dysfunction stand?

Plenty of stiff competition in League One.

We will flop.

We don't appoint Wilder and instead appoint someone from some random league no one has heard of.

Silver Fox
Linden Jones' Tash Eamon Dolan Stand is £350 (renewal price w/o a kid) vs £305 for the last decade or so.

Renewal was £325 last year

Perfectly reasonable explanation on the club announcement for the rise, absolutely no surprise to see people losing their shit about it. You have to wonder what the owners do it for

not a biggie - but I definitely paid £305 for my ST last June - I pulled the confirmation email as I got confused by the numbers in my Royals account, which don't appear to have VAT included.

I was just posting the costs I received this morning - given the lack of increases in the last decade, it seems reasonable to me.

But as per other threads, the finances in the EFL are bonkers and we really need the owner to keep going - the alternatives could be much worse

No issue with the increase but echo the disappointment at the lack of any other post-relegation contact by the club. Not expecting an immediate appointment in the dugout but a rallying call from Bowen wouldn't go amiss. Hopefully they'll get something out to convince us of their intentions before the renewal window closes.

I'll buy in my next credit card window regardless.

In reality, we should have seen small, steady increases over the last ten years. If the club hadn't been so badly managed in that time they wouldn't have had to offer a price freeze sweetener every renewal.

Car parking the same as last year.

Was there any more detail on tbe open training session thing? That’s sounds quite a nice touch, would go along to that I reckon

But very much date dependent

A lot of unfair criticism I feel on the tweet machine this morning. Regardless of what division we were playing in, prices were going up regardless. A lot of clubs I've seen have put prices up includes those with revenues we couldn't even get near (Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd etc). Fulham alone have gone up 18% so for us to only go £25 was admirable. We still offer excellent value. Let's just hope for an upturn in form

We still offer relatively cheap tickets. Whether they offer excellent value depends entirely on your last point. I can buy a very cheap loaf of bread but it's shit value if it's rotten!

If it helps save a few staff redundancies, then its worth it.

When you have players on 10-20 grand a week can’t see what £50 on our season ticket is going to make? As for the club video” I was there “nearly everything on it was at least 10 years ago. I will renew mine out of loyalty, but I would not blame anyone for not renewing given the utter tripe we have had to watch the last 6 years.

Semi-surprised at the uptake tbh, c1871 almost sold out day already, sure its just for priority for certain games.

I doubt we've sold that many already; the website showing them as unavailable will be down to last season's seats being reserved until mid-June.

Hendo Yep, £25 increase for SJM stand. Was probably to be expected.

I'm guessing it's a £25 increase across the board (for adults). I've got an increase of £270 this season; I paid £130 last season and will cost me £400 this season (dang aging  ).

I'm sure someone would still try to blame the club for this outrageous price increase

If the match day experience was half decent I am sure the majority of sensible people would have no complaints.

I'd argue the food, beverage and entertainment in and around the stadium on a match day is up there with the worst in the Football League. The food especially is abysmal.

The whole thing as a package just sucks.
