windermereROYAL
Royal_jimmy Anyone know how many season tickets we've sold so far?

More to the point, how many have requested refunds?

Is this an option? I'm seriously considering it if it is.

Yes, you need to call the TO.

Strictly speaking I think the terms and conditions don't allow for it.

Had heard a few weeks back we had sold 5k+.

Still it would be nice if the club could give it a final push in the next 2 days as they’ve not mentioned it on club comms for weeks.

As for refunds shame on anyone even contemplating it. All of us are in agreement the club is the worst run in the country at ownership/CEO level but staff behind the scenes who have nothing to do with this still need us to renew to retain jobs.

Perhaps so, but the Club have confirmed they will refund if you call them.

I agree but there is a limit and a basic standard which I don't think is good enough.

I've had a ST for nearly 15 years. The last few have been dreadful and mostly unenjoyable, with many occasions when I've felt I wasted my afternoon and wish I'd stayed home. I hadn't felt like that for a long time, even when we lost it still felt like I'd seen a good game.

This summer has been a total joke. Whether the CEO is to blame or not. I'm not renewing and will go on a game-to-game basis. Not in any kind of protest, but just because I am personally just sick of it and I don't feel any positivity for the upcoming season at all. I also want to do other things with my weekends

Each to their own and I'm in no position to tell you how to spend your time and money but as I was pointing out this is more than just renewing a season ticket and watching a few mediocre games of football every other weekend. This is full-time and part-time staff who rely on us fans to come and support the team. They aren't being paid the glamour wages of players or mercenary super agents , just normal everyday people like us.

Can't work out if our kid's occasional tickets have gone down or up there? Members 18-24 in the ED is £13, sure it was 15 last year

Calm down fella it’s not you or any of the fans responsibility to pay the staff.
That’s the responsibility of that useless pathetic so called owner to take care of.
I for one won’t be losing any sleep about not renewing. Let’s face it they extended the deadline to renew so as to give themselves time to sort out some of the problems inside the club, but that’s not happened has it?

It's gone up by £1: 2022-23 prices. £15 was for the non-member and matchday tickets.

Reluctantly renewed mine. I feel like it's a bit of a leap of faith given we've no manager, no team and probable points deduction incoming.

How much shitter would we have to be to stop renewing?

I'd almost forgotten but I'll renew in a bit. Was surprised to only get the one reminder from the club, although I'm not going to suggest that's a sign of problems

I renewed by phone yesterday around 3pm. I immediately found myself in queue position 1, where I stayed for a couple of minutes, then got through.

Sounds like you surprised them...

"What's that strange noise coming from the phone marked 'Season Ticket Renewals'????"

Plenty of seats available together in G6/G7 which is unheard of, that’s always been full throughout the years.

I had a quick scan of Y23/Y23 and again stacks of availability.
