Most managers with any level of decent experience have been crap somewhere.

Coppell was crap at City wasn't it?

Brian Clough at Leeds but more recently Emery at Arsenal, Howe at Burnley and Moore at West Brom but are doing rather well now.

Sacking from a managerial position is something that goes with the job.
