Do I remember correctly that the sale included the transfer of everything, and the announcement specifically included Bearwood? If so, could this simply be something unrelated to any of that and is maybe a claim to do with council tax or something similar?

I am not au fait with what these announcements really mean and whether this is significant but hopefully it isn't something that is going to knacker us.

No idea what the notice means.

However, a quick google confirms the company Knights acted on behalf of the previous owner...

Maybe an expert can elucidate further...

Don’t get this. The sale was supposedly completed months ago and Knights would have been representing Rehne leading up to that but why has this search request appeared now saying Knights instigated checks on 14.Nov.2025 at 16:07:15?

Whatever's going on, I would back Couhig every day to win any legal battles with Dodgy Dai. I get the impression he's quite a streetfighter when needs be. Queensbury Rules may well go out of the window!

It is a land registry search to stop someone else jumping ahead of a charge registered by Rehne....someone somewhere needs to reach out to the owners to find out what's happening.
