TBM Liking Murphy again....

Is it me or is his voice similar to Big Ron's?
Fortunately the words are different.

May have misheard this but they're making a point of saying that 34% of goals come from the right - i'm guessing the other 2/3rd's come from a 50/50 split of center and left

Royal Ginger Seedorf & Henry need their own show.
Did you see them putting Hansen in his place regarding big name players. Brilliant stuff.

Hansen claiming you need big name players to win the World Cup.

Henry & Seedorf point out that whilst they help, the most important thing is a strong team ethos and togetherness.

Hansen again says that big name players are more important.

Seedorf brings up Greece winning the Euros in 2004

Henry, with a cheeky grin says "Oh yeah, I played in that one"

Seedorf in particular has been excellent

Everything wrong with English football right there. Pick the names not the team.

+ oodles and sure enough .....

...this AM on 'TalkScouse' - D.Kelly and Micky 'Scouser' musing on whom Woy should pick for the last game vs C.Rica - perhaps to 'freshen things up' and prepare for future Euro qualification - cue Micky's first choice for midfield

.... Stevie Me  between Barkley and A.N.other - fairly sure he didn't have the gall to keep Hendo in there but can't remember who he put in maybe, Wilshere.

yeah really trying something new and exciting in a game that means feck all ... - he suggested Jones for Jagielka; Shaw for Baines and Lallana for Welbeck- otherwise not much change ...
.... Oh and natch he'd dropped Wooney.

 It's like they're in denial that their demi-god club heroes are actually bog standard players.

I'm sure some of the media don't realise that England in tournaments is like a Championship club playing in the Premier League, they'll go to almost any lengths to justify why their favourites are top class while the other areas of the squad need work.

Like the old joke goes....What's the worst thing about being the England Manager? - You can only pick English players.

When are England finally f[u]ck off home so we don't have to get updates from the England camp during every match?

I suspect it might be sometime after we play our final game.

Come on Thierry, don't go, it's not as if the MLS is a proper league.

.... I think you could easily leave the word 'standard' out of that phrase and replace it with 'useless'.

Bit odd that that two thirds of BBC's much trumpeted overseas pundits have finished after just 10 days. Seedorf didn't even manage that, leaving us with only Juninho. Good luck to Lineker in getting anything remotely interesting out of him.

Listening to Mark Lawrenson on in the USA and Portugal game has made me want to gouge my eyes out. Constantly cracking cap jokes. Called Varela the Portuguese Darius Vassal for no reason whatsoever.
