roadrunner David Beckham will apparently now not be joining Spurs but may instead be training with them.

thank the lord sense has prevailed.

Good man to have around the squad. Might be able to teach Lennon to put more than one decent ball in a game.

That isn't what you said last week. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=102996 You're as inconsistent as your goalkeeper.

Rumours that Milan have signed Ganso from Santos (never heard of him, apparently this is very big news)

Atletico Madrid renegotiate Sergio Aguero's contract and reduce his buy out clause by quite a lot

Leicester appear to have signed Yakubu on a season long loan with a view to a permanent move.

Good signing for them.

Funny that I've read that Inter were close to signing him with the Leonardo doing some last minute persuading

He is meant to be the next big player out of Brazil along with Neymar who is also at Santos (who himself is being linked with Real Madrid)

Heavy lazy striker, but a very good signing at this level, and for any newly promoted Premiership side.

What are their new owners like? They seem to be prepared to spend to get back to the Premiership, but will they leave the club in a mess and up sticks if/when it all goes wrong.

Quality thread resurrection on the Liverpool forum, where the thread 'Warnock bid accepted' is actually the original from 2006 when they sold him to Sunderland.

Presumably coming in as a replacement for Konchesky. A bit fat :| for Liverpool fans.

Still being linked with Luis Suarez though.

Not sure he ever played for Sunderland. Can't be many decent left backs about if he's heading back up there though; maybe Liverpool are trying to re-sign some home grown players for their Champions League squad..?

True, apparently he didn't. That thread started with a bid accepted from Sunderland anyway. Wiki says he actually left for Blackburn.

Djimi Traore to replace Glen Johnson?
