Franchise FC
Winston Biscuit Bayern Munich lose to Dortmund, and 2 late goals for Leverkusen gets them a win and puts them 13 points clear with 7 games left

3 wins in 7 games for a team that have lost (checks notes) no league games this season will confirm Kane’s continued potless run

You can take the player out of Tottenham …..

Sancho and Maatsen beat Dier and Kane 2-0.

James Tavernier now the highest scoring defender in British football history, he's on 131 goals (in 572 appearances), mostly for Rangers.

In the unlikely event that Celtic lose would Rodgers get the sack?

why would it be unlikely? I don't really follow it at all so I may well be missing something, but Rangers are doing better than them in the league and they are at home

Real sleeping giant of a club, with a massive catchment area being right on the borders with Netherlands and Belgium and a good hour west of Cologne.

Lovely stadium too. The Regionalliga West has a direct promotion so baring a collapse they will be in 3. Liga next season. Only had 1 season in the top flight since the '60s, so a chance to rebuild.

Because their record against Celtic in the last couple of years is pretty woeful, 1 win, across all competitions, from 9 games (Celtic have won 6 times) and as Celtic are the only other team in Scotland it does mean a bit more than in a proper football division.

Their one win in those 9 games was last season after Celtic had already won the title and were in the beach.

Celtic are not playing well at the moment but Rangers are great at hammering the weaker teams then bottling the big games.

Rangers are playing better at the moment but Celtic have the better squad. Kyogo is back from injury and hitting some form and he scores for fun against Rangers. I wouldn't put any money on any result.

Of Taverner's 132 goals, I reckon about maybe 75 of them are penalties, of which Rangers get a fcuk of a lot, and he did play 2 seasons for them in the Championship. He does hit a mean free kick though.

The Saarbrucken cup fairytale ended here last night, Kaiserslauten moving into the final with a routine win. Will be their first apperance in a final since 2003.

First non 1. Bundesliga finalist since Duisburg in 2011 I think.

Is still possible that it could be an all Second Division final but that would need Düsseldorf to beat Leverkusen.

Leverkusen aren't letting their unbeaten run go lightly.

7th March, 2-1 behind in Qarabag, they equalised in the 92nd minute. 14th March, 2-1 down at home to Qarabag after 93 minutes and heading out of the Europa, they score twice and win the tie. 30th March, 1-0 down at home to Hoffenheim with 88 minutes on the clock, they score twice and win the game.

Get past Dusseldorf tonight, and it will be 40 games unbeaten in all competitions this season.

I do fancy West Ham's direct running to give them some problems next week.

Isn't Leverkusen twinned with Bracknell?

I don't think this is true though is it? It has plenty of good feedback online and rather than being "terrible" it is more just your average German city.

Former Juve midfielder Nicolo Napoli has left his management job at Romanian club FC U Craiova. The weird thing about it is that it was the 10th time he has been appointed as their manager in the past 20 seasons

He is being replaced by Eugen Trică, who is taking the management job there for the 5th time in the past 5 seasons

With everybody in the bottom 4 getting a few wins in the last few games, the relegation zone is now right behind Schalke. What a final 7 games that looks to be down there.

Would be insane for Schalke to drop down again, in-freaking-sane.

Is 1 FCK, the well known Kaiserslautern or Cologne by another name?

It is 1. FC Kaiserslautern. The 1. just denotes that it is their first team.

They are in the position where they have made the cup final but could also get relegated to the third tier.
