I was told:
The Championship is the third or fourth biggest league in the world in terms of attendances and turnover - bigger than the Bundesliga for example - so it is not surprising that this is the only place that second-tier players go for £4 million. You can't make comparisons with other countries.
I do believe the bundesliga has the biggest average attendance in europe.

He's now being linked with Liverpool. Quite an indictment of how much of a waste of money Carroll was if they want to stick a League One striker alongside him.

Dalglish has lost the plot...in many ways ...so wouldnt surprise me him bidding £10m for Rhodes !!!...after all £35m didnt seem to be a problem for an injury prone party boy

WHY were a scout, Hammond and McD at Huddersfield game the other week? Maybe they'd been given the go ahead by the new guy to make an offer - seems a bit strange they'd all be there, if they weren't looking to close a deal at that point.
Let's see how he performs today.
Awaiting team news from Huddersfield. Maybe McDermot was scouting him..

have to agree with that. that sounds a lot more than a scouting mission with all three of them there. here's hoping anyway. that'll raise some eyebrows across the championship if we sneak in ahead of the likes of leicester and west ham.
