Sutekh Salah saga could run on and on though, when does the Saudi window shut?

Never, it gets too hot over there.

Whore Jackie Indeed. Could see Al-Ittihad upping their bid, especially if the stories about Jota and Benzema are true.

Espirito Santo said the Benzema story was "bullshit".

Everton desperate to get players out, Maupay gone back to Brentford and Iwobi gone to Fulham. Expect they might actually be allowed to bring someone in later today.

Watch this space on Palhinha - Fulham will let him go to Bayern only if they can find a replacement, but the German transfer window closes in an hour.

Astonishingly, Liverpool could get fcuked over again - now being said that the Gravenberch deal is dependent on Bayern bringing in Palhinha.

Winston Biscuit If Liverpool get a huge money offer for Salah they would be nuts to turn it down.

Sell him, submit a bit for Chiesa.

Salah hasn't really looked interested for a while imo, they should have cashed in about a month ago to give them enough time to get a replacement in.

I dunno - he only committed to a new deal last year, when there were options available to him. He's never been a 'kiss the badge' sort of player, often looks like he'd be happy enough playing anywhere at all. Liverpool would be foolish to sanction a deal this window.

Hasn't he been offered £1.5m a week this time ?
If that's true, and I were him, I'd demand a transfer, play for a month or two and retire

Snap their hand off for £150m for a 31 year old. Seek the best available from a mid table club for 40m then do some proper recruitment in January. Or they should have broke the bank for Bellingham. Some poor decisions being made here.

More prime stupidity from FSG, all the close season and they wait until the last couple of days!

[Fabrizio Romano] João Palhinha completed two round of medical tests, took pictures in Bayern shirt but deal is currently collapsing.

Selling Johnson, one of their own, should help.

I will forever hate these “deal sheets” the PL do. They’ve had in practice since May to put a squad together.

Sanguine Fabrizio reporting that Mason Greenwood's first stop as he tries to rebuild his career may be Lazio. Final decision to be made in coming hours.

In the middle of the huge sexism scandal in Spain, Greenwood signs for Getafe.

Getafe strongly condemned Luis Rubiales just a few days ago and called for him to resign immediately.

Sevilla President Jose Castro on the possibility of Sergio Ramos returning to the club "I don't know what else there is to say about this.

"The vice president and the sports director have said it. We have nothing against Sergio Ramos, who is a great player, but he doesn't fit into what we have planned now at the club as a sports policy.

"What if Sergio wants to come? And I want a plane, give it to me."

A few weeks (and a few defeats) later, Ramos is set to re-join Sevilla.

Why doesn't the PL transfer window also apply to transfers out?

Not sure, but guess it may relate to registration windows, rather than actual transfers.
