MmmMonsterMunch Good luck to them. Mourinho v Holloway would be good next season

Throw in Di Canio and possibly Neil Lennon if he gets the Everton job and next season will be brilliant on the touchline.

Tonight also proved the theory that clap banners are cursed, cannot remember ever seeing a team win with them.

I think that lot took it really well to be fair. No meltdown whatsoever.

To be fair, 15,000 of their fans have only been going for 2 years, they probably didn't understand what was going on.

tbf it probably would have been worse if it was at Palace tonight as the majority of the fans were probably at the game

SLAMMED LOL @ Zaha quite clearly saying "fucking get in" to the camera

Surely he should get a ban just like Rooney did last season?

This should happen - and make sure Holloway is filmed whilst being first told the news :D

I was really dissapointed in Brighton, they just tried to be too clever and it just goes to show you can be as fancy at the back as you like it doesn't mean you'll win.

Just weren't good enough, now Poyet and some players will be off.

Poyet to everton maybe?

Cant help but laugh at Brighton with their cockiness when we were after Poyet saying "we'll be in a higher division than them next season anyway, so why would Gus want to leave"

It's not cocky to suggest there's not a great incentive to leave your club when it's in the playoff zone for a club certain to go down.

Besides, they were right: he didn't want to leave.

southbank1871 Srsly?

Cracking game. Bit of a bummer we lost, but lets face it, we all secretly knew it was going to happen. And it's not like we weren't familiar with it by now.

'Fraid I can't agree with any of that. The drinking beforehand was gr8, but it can't be classed as a good day out. It would have been a cracking game for a neutral, but not for a Reading fan.

Exactly, it was bullshit

I've not followed much of the Championship this year, but when did Brighton sign Upson and former footballer Wayne Bridge?

I bet the big boys and the Sky/BBC commentators are really looking to coming to the Vic or Selhurst!

Not sure how confident I am as Palace are a bogey side and Holloway hates us more than anyone for our loan situation.

Near enough a home game for you lot at Wembley.

Zaha is of course the obvious danger. I was also impressed by their defence over the two legs against BHA though which makes them pretty stern opposition.

Bet we don't sell out though.

Palace played very well against at the Vic coming back from 2 down.

Certainly expecting a very tough match.]

Will have to play as on Sunday at least rather than the previous games.

They'd probably say the same...
