Obviously that's woeful. But what cretin has Ozil marking Williams in the first place?!

obviously very happy with that result but:

they are having a great season to be fair, and
that result sets up Chelsea, whom I dislike even more :|

Listening to 606 at the moment and I have to say Arsenal fans are the most ridiculous bunch of bedwetters in the country.

Two defeats in a row and they're passionately calling for the manager's head. One even saying that he's "never rated" him. I know there have been some calling for him to go for a while now but they were all conspicuously quiet until Tuesday. Weren't they in ridiculously good form before that and had the best record of any side in 2016?

It's baffling. Wenger in, wenger out. Sitting in the home end for the cup game was such an eye opening experience as to how oxf*rd helmetty their fans are.

To be fair to those Arsenal fans calling for Wengers head they've had to sit through the best part of 10 years of paying the top whack for their tickets whilst seeing, in their opinion, under investment in obvious weaknesses in their squad.

I wouldn't be too impressed with Wenger over the last 10 years if I were a Gooner.

Fans have been protesting for the last 10 years by showing up late for games, leaving early as well as refusing to make any noise.

Nor would I, but I think to say they have never r8ed him is a bit excessive.

While I get this, it's not like they've struggled. And the reality remains that the moment the big money came in in 03/04, Arsenal made a conscious decision not to compete, not really. Top 4, knock out CL, have a stab at a cup here and there.

Wenger's doing what he's being asked to do.

And the average Arsenal fan is a colossal belmont.

Having sat in the home end several times I can confirm this.

Booing at half time when the team is 2 up, because they demand more goals and leaving after 70 minutes to go buy balsamic vinegar no doubt. Dreadful fans.

05/06 away game, I was in the Arsenal side, near the directors bit. No bar, and all they served was toasted bagels. :| cheers lads.

Exactly, if the owners weren't happy, they'd have sacked him years ago. I think the fans are directing their anger at the wrong people.
