Pearce as the manager parker as the captain, we've definitely got work rate leading the pack but also the technical abilities of a two legged elephant.

Spain, Germany, Italy, Holland, Portugal, Argentina,etc would all cream themsevles playing us in a competitive tournament as they pass the ball round 900 times with 70% possession, completely demolishing us.

LOL @ thinking you have to pass the ball around in triangles 900 times to win a game of football

But that is what our new captain has been doing for the first 45 minutes ,almost exclusively in our own half.

Agree, but that's equally the responsibility of the manager for playing two people to do exactly the same job, and the rest of midfield for showing no movement to allow forward passes.

Ahh, now Milner's on, hopefully he can be a bit more adventurous than Barry and significantly better.

cmonurz Spain I don't remember.


0-0 and won on pens (in Euro '96) IIRC.
