cmonurz It's not owed to banks, in the most part, so not as critical a situation as some. The sale of Cahill in January will help a bit, but other than that the club seems to have little wiggle room left.

IdealArk Royal  at Notlob's finances. If they go down, they are royally fu cked.
Are they really now?
The owner is owed most of the debt. So if they go down, they can just enter administration, then the owner can just vote for whichever takeoverbid he wants, which of course will be some sort of shill-company of his based in Bermuda or something, or something Peter Ridsdale helps him set up, and then he'll be back in debt free, or the new owner Alexandre Gaydamak will be back in debt free.
Seen it so many times before.
The only sollution to this problem would be to change the law so that when voting for whichever takeover bid should be prefered in administration cases, debt owed to the current owner or any of his companies, may not carry a vote in the matter.

Barry the bird boggler Ex-actress and model Sybil Danning has revealed that she would be keen to take over League One outfit Sheffield Wednesday.
The Austrian, now 64, has starred in a number of films, and was a Playboy covergirl in the 1980s.
According to The Sun, Danning and her husband Horst Lasse are serious about a bid for the Hillsborough club.
"We have been looking into buying an English team with a strong fan base and great potential," Danning is quoted as saying in the paper.
"Sheffield Wednesday matches those ideals. It is one of the most famous names in English football and, even though it has suffered in the last few years, we believe we can give it the energy needed to get to the Premier League.
"We have been studying this for the past month and if negotiations go well we hope to conclude an agreement to buy the club."
Danning and Lasse have experience of club ownership. The couple were shareholders of SC Riessersee, a struggling ice hockey team in Germany almost a decade ago.Their tenure staved off the threat of bankruptcy.
Lasse at the time described himself as an investor rather than a patron.
"I'm not the rich uncle from America," California-based Lasse said.
The Owls are currently owned by Milan Mandaric, who took over at the end of 2010 and agreed to settle the club's debts as part of the deal.
He is reported to be prepared to sell to owners who can take the club forward.
Having finished 15th last season, Wednesday are third so far this campaign and in the hunt for promotion to the Championship.
