What's their problem? Does this all stem from the Kiev closed-doors saga?

Brosef StalinTBM So what do we reckon about the Aguero elbow?

I think it's fair to say they haven't quite bought into the Champions League yet and so they don't get as many as they might for it but I think the bigger problem might be that for this game it was postponed by 24hours and so a decent number of fans might not have been able to go.

Remind me not to take too much notice when you ever use the word "definitely"
As I see it City definitely won the derby game last Saturday, definitely won their Champions' League game on Tuesday and Man Utd definitely lost their (what they see as being) Mickey Mouse game last night.
Definitely a bad week for the little Portuguese Mr Bean and his deluded followers.

John Smith I absolutely agree with the postponement so obviously not as many people can make the rearranged fixture, but what do you mean they haven't "bought into it"? I'm not having a go at you here but rather I think your choice of words is very strange. If a team wins the league then the glamour of the Champions League is something that automatically comes with it so of course they "buy into it" (see Leicester).
There's a bigger issue at City. Does someone who knows care to explain please?

No Fixed Abode This trend is hysteria by the media is ruining football for me. Yes, it was a fantastic win for City last night. A game of two halves to use and old cliche.
When Barca were winning and playing well "OMG they're the best team on the planet even without Alba, Pique and Iniesta". When City took the lead "OMG, they're the best team on the planet".
At the moment we see it every week with it being tight at the top of the Premier League. Liverpool win "They'll win the league". Then Arsenal overtake them, "They'll win the league". Then City back on form win a 4-0 at WBA "They'll win the league". Then Chelsea change formation and start putting a few results together "They'll win the league".
I wish the media would just calm down and look at the bigger picture. Yes City won last night, but predictably Barca will top the group with wins again 'A German team' and Celtic. City will still finish 2nd as predicted before the group games started.

I do agree, but i'm a bityou let it bother you. Football media is targeted at complete mouthbreathers, the Soccer AM generation if you will. I've all but given up watching, reading or listening to anything football related other than the actual games.
