soggy biscuit Don't quite get all the lolzing at Arsenal for not winning stuff and keeping a count of how many years it has been since they won a trophy.
They don't spend as much as the top 2 or 3 clubs on transfers & wages yet still manage to get into the CL each year. For this the manager gets rewarded with new contracts and high wages which suggests he may well be hitting the owners expectations.
If another club spent that money, tried to bring through a lot of youngsters and tried to play an attractive style of football they would probably get praised for it.
