Not shaking someone's hand you don't like? I'd defend that... nothing to do with situation/racism at all, but why the hell would you shake someone's hand you don't like?? Ferdinand didn't shake hands with Suarez because he doesn't like him, I wouldn't shake hands with Suarez or Evra because I don't like them... is that indefensible?
