They can bounce back against an easier mid table team on Wednesday

 at their fixture list. Man Utd, Liverpool, Bayern, then Sunderland, Stoke and Swansea (huge pressure to win those 3) and then Bayern again, Tottenham, Chelsea, Man City and Everton in that order.

:D
Once that mid-table side get Van Persie, Rooney and Mata playing together they will be challenging for the title according to Moyes a couple of weeks ago.
So what happened-they lost at Stoke for the first time in 30 years.

£281 to watch Arsenal. I'd rather give up on football than pay that!

Arsenal remain flat track bullies. All very well thinking because you score 5 against crap like Reading that you invented football, but when it comes down to it.....Man City beat you 6-3, Liverpool scored 5, you're even one of the few sides to manage to lose to Manchester United this season. Arsenal are the most overrated side in europe, full of show ponies like Wilshere who go missing when the going gets tough.

Yup, as I posted the other week - another big game, with another no show from Ozil.

Hang on, are there people in Europe who think Arsenal are really good?

Strangely enough, I know two Kicker journalists who were (last week) very optimistic about Arsenal's chances against Bayern, but I have the feeling that that was based largely on the CL game in Munich last year. I was trying to explain to them that the game in the Emirates was more representative of Arsenal's chances and although one of the two of them was actually in London to cover the game, he remained stubbornly optimistic quoting Arsenal's improved league points total and so on and so forth. It must be said, however, that this man h8s Bayern more than ... well, anything really, and constantly tries to convince himself of opponent's chances against them.

So it's not just me who feels Ozil has been poor? Or at least nowhere near as spactacular Arsenal fans were making him out to be when they were cleaning up their jizz on Transfer Deadline Day.

Thats not strictly true. I was watching an Arsenal game recently and granted he's not great defensively but the moment they win
the ball back he's off. Finds space and knows where everyone else is. Guess it's how much you value defence v attack in terms of
workrate. fair do's he has gone off the boil a bit.

Did Arsenal get behind Liverpool once in that game? I don't recall it. Shirley they can't be missing Theo that much

I said a few pages back that he's a flat track bully who's not turned up in any big game yet and had a few people try and disagree with me.

As for the comments about him not putting a shift in, I mentioned earlier in the thread too that he barely plays 90 minutes as his fitness levels aren't where they need to be.

Was saying the same thing about Cazorla last season as is being said about Ozil now.

Playing them together away from home against the better sides seems like asking for trouble to me.

Spot on and when Oxlade-Chamberlain (a winger IMHO despite him saying that he thinks of himself as a central midfielder) was also on the team sheet v Liverpool I felt that this was just handing the game to them.
Haing said that, 5 goals was definitely more than I could have hoped for against what was supposedly the best defence in the country.

This week's game v Man Utd is a difficult one to call but I would favour Arsenal on the basis that Man Utd do look to have nothing to offer at the moment unless they change their tactic of just lobbing the ball into the box which would be meat and drink to Arsenal's 2 centre-backs as it was for the 6ft 7 in. novice Burn for Fulham who had looked a donkey when playing against us for Birmingham earlier this season.
