Here's some stats.

Nunez - 675 minutes, 7 goals, 5 assists, minutes per G/A 56
Haaland - 1,420 minutes, 15 goals, 3 assists, minutes per G/A 79

To be clear, I'd (obviously) choose Haaland over Nunez every single time. Nunez is one of those players who has in him the most ridiculous misses, but also has a natural ability to get shots away on goal and to get in the right positions in the first place. Nunez is averaging around five shots per game in the PL this season, Haaland four, no-one else much more than three.

So no, he isn't 'shit' - as I said in another thread, the PL better hope he retains his penchant for bad misses, because if he starts to put those away too, Liverpool have another 30 goal striker on their hands.

The handball pen decisions last night were pretty bonkers. I don't think either should have been given. They also appeared to change the rules mid-game as United should have had another based on previous decisions (i.e. ball lightly grazing your arm from extremely close range).

Is that the way it is in Europe?
