AthleticoSpizz don't lose any sleep over either of them tbh

All three (including us) teams have been top flight in the past 20 years...but only the one team has not sunk below the second tier yet

Corrected for you

Another massive result tonight with Oxford steamrolling their Varsity friends from Cambridge 0-0 at the Kassam.

With Luton struggling to a 6-3 win, it can only be a matter of time before the Mighty Yellow Army confirm their return to the top flight.

They already are in the top flight. It doesn't get any bigger than the Blue Square Premier for non-league clubs.

At least they go in to the play offs on a run of form.....bad form that is, snigger snigger

Come on you Tykes.

Nothing particularly against Oxford, but I own a small proportion of York City FC.

Painful listening to these idiots talking up Oxford.

How they need to add a 4th stand after all the clinger-ons have turned out for the play-off final. Suddenly they're massive, and reminiscent of their Milk Cup win - although 5 leagues lower.

Please York, upset these fukwits.

It would have to be a massive choke from the Us to screw this up. They can't, can they?

Just realised that fans of footy trivia will be pleased that another team will be added to the list of league teams starting and ending with the same letter or league teams with an X in.

It might make up for the potential loss of one of the teams that don't have to wear an away kit

Oxord 3-1 up. Commentator says they are now just 4 minutes away from "The Promised Land".

That'll be the Promised Land of the Fourth Division then...

When you watch BSP for a year or two, the 4th divison really is the promised land. No more games against Hayes and Yeading or Gateshead. Suddenly Macclesfield do turn into Manchester United.

God knows what it must have been like to watch it for 5 years.

Shame that they are no longer as close to Didcot Town as they are to Reading

They mean the promised land of being on FIFA 11.

That's what all the Conference teams play for.

How poor were York, Rankine is the worst excuse for a striker I've seen for a while

Slightly better 2nd half but always likely to concede. More laughable was Courtney Pitt appearing in his 3rd consecutive losing playoff final. His contribution was smashing one over the bar and putting 2 wretched corners in, the 2nd of which Oxford scored from. Some of York's finishing and shooting was wretched.

Slightly torn, happy that I can get to Oxford in 15mins next season for TUFC's routine win but a bit annoyed because i really detest Oxford 'fans'.
