Please wait until 90 mins + stoppage time have been played Tredder! I have been screwed by last minute goals continously!

One down, three to go, definitely not going to win but at least it might be exciting!

Another 12 quid safe...not a major win but keeps my fund going in the right direction and gets the weekend off to a good start gambling wise!

50 quid profit so far for the week...which is nice... 8)

Had 2 bets yesterday;

£5 ACCA;

Charlton to draw with Watford (2-2)
Leicester to beat Norwich (4-0)
West Brom to beat Coventry (5-0)
Rotherham to beat Wycombe (0-1)

That would have returned me £220ish, gutted about Rotherham especially as Watford had got 2 goals back early in the 2nd half.

Also backed Exeter to beat Grays Athletic which they did @ 6/4, so overall up £2.50 on the day.

20 quid on Ipswich @ 8/11 yesterday and 20 on Man U @ evens. Had a good week with a nice bit of profit. Tempted to stick 20 on Boro today but Sheff Utd love the FA Cup....can only hope Barnsley used up the FA Cup 'magic' allowance for the 5th round.

As a general rule, I don't touch Middlesbrough away from home. Couldn't even be tempted by their tie at Mansfield.

Well after the Boro bore fest I raced down to Laddies to stick £20 on Portsmouth at 5/6. Bet was laid at 16:01 and the woman said that 'the bet may be void if its kicked off already'. As its a winner I can only assume that it will be void...had it lost though I would not be expecting Mr Ladbroke to give me my money back!

We shall see at lunch when I go to 'collect'...or so I hope! :roll:

What are the odds on Chelsea/Man U not being pulled out at lunchtime today?

Just checked out the ante-post prices for the Champions League. Don't normally get involved in this market until now as form in September doesn't offer much of a guide for the 'business end'.

Barcelona are as low as 3/1 with some firms and a best price 4/1. Thats outragously short for a very open competition. Man U are also way too short at 11/2. Couple the 2 together and its only about 7/4 one of them will win it.

Must be great value elsewhere and i've had a few quid on Arsenal at 14 on Betfair. Finalists in 06, best team in the Prem, and their tie against Milan is not as tough as it looks. Milan were lucky winners last year and are way off the pace in Serie A. Plus they face playing their 3rd choice keeper. Only doubt must be getting caught up in a race for the Prem in April.

Im taking the 10's on offer at Corals for Real Madrid. I'll probably get slated for it as its nothing more than a value hunch.

Inter tonight, 9/5 aint a bad price and worth a cheeky 10 to start the week off.
