Been an odd week for Bracknell, go to Gosport last Saturday and smash them 4-0 then have another relegation haunted side at home on Tuesday in Yate and lose 3-0 then travel away to Tonbridge Angels (currently floating around the play off positions in National League South) and win 4-2![]()
However Bracknell have only lost 1 away league game since August 2021.
And doesn’t the 3rd round bring in the “big guns” of the National League? So could Bracknell draw Maidenhead or a trip to Notts County or Wrexham (or does it remain a regionalised draw)?

Royals and Racers Certainly it looks as if the 3rd round in 21/22 was regionalised but that was under Covid decisions. The 22/23 FA Trophy rules although lengthy do not mention it so i think it’s a wait and see scenario.

3rd Round is in 2 Zones and now includes the 24 Step01 (National) clubs
Split 28/36 N/S ..... so the furthest N that the 'Robins' can be drawn would be the 'snowy wastes' of Banbury.![]()
...not checked if Leiston nor anyone else for that matter is just further N......
... furthest 'southern' club in the Northern section is Leamington -I think........
... and only 2 Step04 sides remain: Heybridge and Uxbridge.

...hmm bit of a sore point actually - probably nowhere - cos it's likely to stay wet/cold and I won't finish work at a reasonable enough time, to recover my senses and go out.
Been to Wilkes Pk again already this season so would have been low on my list regardless.
The real decider though, is my eldest has disappeared off to Brum til midweek with my car and the better half's motor is in for Repairs. We do have a courtesy car but it's an Automatic that I've never bothered to try and master.
Can't really complain though, as I was the reason the car needed to go in to be mended - managed to hit a deer up on Christmas Common a couple of months back and damaged the fog lamp mounting and (slightly) f£(&ed up the front panel - and no ..... it wasn't pulling a big fat b@stard in a Red suit......

AthleticoSpizz Watching Alvechurch bow out of the FA Cup at FGR earlier.
Got to admit, for a level 7 team, they have some understated players (who could do a job in the full-time arena).
Their keeper (Jezeph) was pretty immense, great saves, decent kicking, claiming the ball and dominant in the box…..better things lay ahead for him surely?
Edge and Teixeira weren’t too shabby either
….anybody know what was the written script on their shirts (anove the sponsors stuff)?)
