3am, drunk, started telling a a 60 year old woman who was outside a takeaway with her daughter that she was a fat slag and then started throwing his chips at her. He falls over as he is so drunk, gets up, punches her so hard he breaks her jaw in multiple places and she has permanent nerve damage. Police were called and he ran away

Given that the "shove" more than likely didn't hurl the "victim" down a flight of stairs, though a plate glass window or onto a bed of nails it probably it probably shouldn't even be called an assault either. As alluded above, perhaps it just bent the halo a bit.
