Can't quite believe that Mowbray may be losing his job at Sunderland. Would be a tad harsh!

Just when you think they are a club on the straight and narrow they go back to being Sunderland. Who is it they think they are exactly?

Mowbray would guarantee a decent Championship league position each season and build the club up slowly to get back up to the Premier League. Yes he isn't a sexy manager but he guarantees stability which is something Sunderland need for a few seasons.

Agreed, thought he was harshly treated at Blackburn as well.

Would also point out Sunderland should have had a penalty last night. That goes in it is a totally different game. Plus Sunderland won the first leg! Bizarre decision making from the Sunderland board.

He hasn't gone yet, this seems to be TalkSport stirring things up for some reason at the moment. There may or may not be any truth in it but all I can find is TalkSport saying Matthias Jaissle, Francesco Farioli and Gerhard Stuber are among the contenders if Sunderland decide to replace Mowbray.

When? Didn’t think the handball was if that’s the one you’re talking about

No smoke without fire. What reason could they have for running with the story if it isn't true.

To their credit, they're usually pretty good on managerial sackings.

Southampton after Swansea manager Russell Martin.

Don't get him, achieved next to nothing with Swansea all in all.

Van Nistelrooy quits PSV 1 game before the end of the season. Sounds like he had a bust up with the people running the club

I think spurs should go for Joachim Low reckon he would be a good fit for them.

Spurs running out of options - Nagelsmann or the safe bet of Rodgers. Or go for the more braver appointment of Postecoglou.

Pards is available, get him and Martin in there, sure that'd gee things up a bit.
