TheMaraudingDog Little bit miffed at some of the comments here to be honest. The origins of the WMUWDWWW chant are all about the behaviour of our supporters rather than what happens on the pitch and yesterday true to form WDWWW. As for  Manchester is blue comment well after the Scholes header at Eastlands a couple of seasons ago after the game the whole City Centre was bouncing with reds. Yesterday there was a stark contrast with the City Centre once again being swamped by United fans although many had a different agenda. City fans moaning about getting done over on Blue Moon in Sale, Salford, Gorton and Ancoats. Also expect a news story to break regarding Ricky Hatton who was on more than Guinness in Mulligans by all accounts.

As for the game. Outplayed by a mile and no complaints. Didn’t really expect to win to be fair as we’ve been poor since Cleverley has been out. Dodgy keeper, Rio is finished and a weak centre mid. If City played well we would always struggle. And they did.

Still in shock at the scoreline though.

Serious comment mode on.

Why and how can SAF pick Johnny Evans in front of Jones or anyone else in the Man Utd squad? He should be their 5th choice centre back. De Gea is utter shite as well. From what i've seen Lindegaard looks the more capable of the two, Man Utd should have gone and got Buffon in the summer, spent £25million or whatever on getting the best experienced keeper in they could find.

Diego Alves was available this summer and generally accepted as better than de Gea.

How much did Anderson cost them? that guy is seriously weak.

Interestingly according to Alan Curbishley on SKY before the weekend De Gea had made more saves than any other keeper in the Premiership. No idea where he got that info from but I find that utterly staggering in so many ways.

First thing Utd need is a settled back four. It's not easy with the injuries they've had but there needs to be some solidity there. Even when they humilated Arsenal and beat Chelsea they gave up a hatful of chances in both games and De Gea kept them in it at Anfield as well.

Man Utd + a young keeper just always ends in disaster.

Heard a stat this morning that in league games at Old Trafford this season Utd had given away 91 chances!

That definitely supports the suggestion that there are real defensive problems.

I read a similar stat, although I thought that was for all league games, not just those at home. I think the report I read put City on 35 or so (at the time), whereas United had given up 76 chances, or thereabouts. Obviously before yesterday's game.

Maybe - - it was on the radio and I was still half-asleep when I heard it.... The Norwich game at OT a few weeks ago should have been the warning, though. If Norwich had taken the chances they were given they'd have won at a canter.

As per previous post, De Gea before this weekend had made more saves than any other Premiership keeper apparently.

One hell of a way to break an undefeated home record. 24-1-0 in the league back to April 2010, 31-3-0 if you include cup games.

Interesting to note only WBA took any points off United at Old Trafford last season. Superb home form. Or was.

I just tried to upload the highlights of the United vs. City game to pornhub.com but apparently they don't accept rape videos.

Utd only had more than 12 shots on them at home once last season. They have had more than 12 shots on them in every home game so far this season.

I'm a little miffed that you all seem to revelling in Uniteds defeat yesterday. I thought you all hated the team who spent the most money because they're 'buying' success? Surely you want City to lose, so they don't end up winning the title.....Maybe you should make up your minds m8s.

Yet more oxf*rd from the Hob Nob massive.

That will all change after they eventually win the league.

Oooh, nerve has been well and truy touched there Kes.

FTR - I don't give a toss about either. They both operate in an environment that quite frankly repulses me.
