I'm guessing River Plate, Boca Juniors and San Lorenzo are the other three. I think they're all based in BA.

Argentinian football has a lot of teams in the greater Buenos Aires region

the structure of their league keeps changing too. its quite nuts. They run 2 seasons every calendar year, with differences between the 2 seasons. its currently split into 2 x 14 team leagues. a few years ago they tried out 1 x 30 team league table and everyone played 30 games. 1 against the other 29 opponents and 1 extra in your derby match. Though some clubs don't have a derby in the same division so they were just matched up with each other and told it was their new derby

IIRC, relegation in Argentina is (or was) determined by average points over the previous 3 seasons which was basically insurance for the big teams to avoid relegation every year as long as they didn't have 3 really shit seasons on the trot.
