Some are training with the Wembley players - the 'keeper Lee Pearce is loving it training with David Seaman. What an opportunity etc.

... haven't braved re-starting the main NL thread yet for 12-13 but for info the draw of the extra prelim rounds of the FA Cup (and perhaps beyond - I think they do two or three in advance) is due to be made sometime THIS Friday (6th July).
Wembley kicked things off in last season's competition, at Ascot Utd on a Friday evening in mid-August, in front of over 1100.
My local team Guernsey FC are in the same league as them this year, shame those players aren't playing the league fixtures. Are they actually any good? I think we are expected to win the league but if Wembley actually attract decent players to play week in week out then they could make things tough.

Looked at the result from last season - held Uxbridge to a 2-2 draw at home in the preliminary round then got thumped 5-0 at home in the replay

They have a lovely new clubhouse, a nicely tarted up ground for the level they are at, displaying Budweiser all the way round the perimeter.
