sandman I think the more important issue is that all bar one of those listed are white. I think you've just proved that racism is alive and well in the British media.

You're pretty wide of the mark tbf tbh.

Black pundits I can think of

Clarke Carlisle
Jason Roberts
David James
Garth Crookes
Matt Murray
John Salako
Ruud Gullit
Chris Kamara
Ian Wright
John Barnes
Paul Ince
Robbie Earle
Stan Collymore
Les Ferdinand

Add - Quentin Fortune (Spanish football on Sky)

Why is he only allowed on the Spanish coverage and not the flagship Premier League coverage? Answer, the racist attitude of the British media.

Quentin Fortune, a pundit on the Champions League tonight. It doesn't get any bigger than that.

A competition that SKY have just lost the rights and clearly can't be bothered with anymore.

Forgot about Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole. They're quite often pundits.

'quite often' is exactly the problem. I think what you mean is not on often enough.

They're generally used for games involving their old clubs, much like many other black and white former players.

That would be the Don Goodman who is never allowed in the studio, just sent out into the cold to co-commmentateon Championship games. Why isn't he allowed to be the main commentator? And why is he only allowed on Championship games?

I really don't think you're being serious but. Don Goodman played most if not all of his career in the Football League, so it makes sense he commentates on that.

Don't forget Manish presents the Football League Show BBC1.
