Geoff 'how crucial is three points today' Shreeves gone. Sky Sports gonna be unrecognisable when the new season kicks off. Obvs Martin Tyler gone too (Peter Drury in).

No replacement announced for Jeff Stelling yet.

Really is a shame, liked him on SS.

Has a really skewed view of the world at the moment though.

Think Covid affected a few people badly, their fear turned into anger and anxiety. Many backed themselves into a corner and are now too brainwashed or too proud to step back into normality. Le Tissier is one such person.

Holding out for the hope that Tim Dellor might apply and get the gig.

Dare I say, Keys made a decent point (although it coming from him is a bit hilarious). Pundits are becoming way too matey and banter-y nowadays. It also risks comments like Carragher's that cross a line.

I find all the japery a bit cringeworthy. Give me interesting analysis, not pub banter between m8s. I dunno, maybe I'm being a miserable git but I preferred punditry when it was a bit more professional.

Broadly agreed, although K8 Abdo ripping into Big Meeks with variants on

"Hi I'm K8 Abdo, I'm here tonight with Champions League winner with Barcelona Thierry Henry, Champions League winner with Liverpool Jamie Carragher, and ...."

is unfortunately a guilty LOL.

No, I for one agree with you.

I don't mind a bit of fun, it's an enterainment industry after all, but Jeez, stop the fcuking giggling and banter. It's not necessary.

Still, lowest common denominator probably love it.
