Hoop Blah I saw a headline on Get Reading that Swift inspired the England side to victory or something to that effect. What a load of tosh, he was pretty average before being subbed.

Anyway, they play their final group game this evening, against Poland, and a win will secure them the group and progression to the semi-finals. A draw could be enough and I think even a loss too, if the other result goes their way.

Anyone in the UK carrying the game live?

U19s have also now made the semi-finals of the Euro Championships for their age group with a 4-1 win over Germany in their final group game. It means they've won all 3 games (also beating the Dutch and Bulgarians) and knocked Germany out.

They'll play Czech Rep on Wednesday evening for a place in the final. Portugal and the Netherlands are in the other semi.

Excellent result
This is the way forward too - eliminate Germany before the knock out stage and penalties

A 1-0 win yesterday, thanks to an injury time winner, put England into the final against Portugal who beat Netherlands 1-0 in the other semi.
