Had a bit of a Google - longest affiliation I can find is Wolfsburg's with VW, which began in 1952, although the VW logo has only appeared on their shirts since 1991. That's the longest current shirt sponsorship deal I can find, although would have been bettered by PSV and Phillips had the Dutch team not changed sponsor a year ago - their deal with Phillips ran from 1982 to 2019.
