Oxford next at home to Rubbish and Dustbins who are going well in 9th.

Oxford have also parted company with two players, with Levi Reid and Karleigh Osborne both moving on.

Livi not such a huge loss and went home to the midlands I think it is because of his sick baby.

But Osbourne is a huge loss and Brentford have called him back. The manager quoted as "gutted".

Gutted. 8)

Alan Partridge In other LOLZ my team Harwell have just signed ex Oxford, Swindon and West Ham for a week Joey Beauchamp. 8)

Seen the form, official news. Something Reading couldn't get him to do back in 2001, but Harwell managed comfortably. 8)

Well if they get nowt out of that one and (as is feasible) Grays bt Lewes then our 'friends' from the K@ss@m could be in the bottom four  - might be worse but can't really see Woking getting owt away at the Stags - though they have won three out of the last four. :?

I only caught a little bit on Meridian last night, but were they not saying that Oxford have now lost all hope of buying the Kassam Stadium back from Kassam?

Rumours of administration are still strong too, but the club are playing them down with all their might.

A points deduction would have me in fits I tell thee.

Nick Merry also stood down as Chairman from Oxford Utd. That guy's a proze clown, they'd have been better off keeping Firoz. Merry has taken them from the bottom half of L2 to the bottom half of the Conference.

Well a bit of nostalgia didn't work so they went for the cheap appointment. Class. Maybe they should just get 'the Dream Team in' Ron Atkinson as manager with Peter Fear as assistant. 8)

Torquay (and others) move up a place without playing a game as Masfield are deducted four points for fielding at least one ineligible player in their first two games of the season:
