I always imagine you as being exactly like this sat in a nice coffee house when you post Euro Football News.

I loved that show so much. Never have I known more about Italian football than when I was 12.

I actually have a nice pink Corriere dello Sport at home somewhere! someone brought me one back as a present as they know how obsessed I am.
I think that was the exact picture i showed to my Italian colleague a couple of years back when I was explaining to her how this country fell in love with Italian football in the early 90's.

Sunday afternoons were great with the live games being on. We couldn't afford Sky Sports back then so it was the only live football I got on a weekly basis. George Weah in his prime, Baggio etc. Great memories.

Was about to mention him! He is my go to reference for exciting Serie A players from the Football Italia era
Signori, Batistuta, Balbo. Incredible stuff.

Did you have a designated Italian team? Mine was Parma.

Didn't really have a team tbh. I quite liked Fiorentina but that was really just Batistuta. Maybe Lazio because of Signori and Gascoigne
