Winston Biscuit At the end of the season had someone predicted that Man City & Arsenal would be fighting it out at the end of the transfer window for Johnny Evans I would have roffled out loud

Neither are. They're after Jonny Evans though.

There's been a lot of rumours going around, but all the major outlets picked up the Ox transfer, so I'm going with true.
But as I said, I don't get it. And I don't get Liverpool's interest either. They have been great going forward this season, and that's without Lallana to come back from injury, and possibly Coutinho too. Don't see how Ox improves them (or Chelsea).

Winston Biscuit pretty much every reputable sports reporter is saying Ox has turned down Chelsea and wants to go to Liverpool (for now at least). It's funny looking at Chelsea fans throwing tantrums about it on social media, mainly because he wants to join the club they have so desperately tried, and failed, to create a rivalry with.
