Rumour - Stephen Warnock, Robert Huth & Will Keane

by 5cotland » 14 Jan 2015 11:24

The transfer window is now in full swing and Reading continue to be linked with moves for a host of players.

Robert Huth is the latest star said to be interesting Royals boss Steve Clarke.

The 30-year-old centre-back, who has also been linked with Watford and Norwich, has been told he can leave Stoke City according to reports.

And the former Chelsea man is said to be close to securing a loan move away from the Brittania.

Could Madejski Stadium be his destination? We’re not so sure but Reading could certainly do with adding to their defensive ranks for the second half of the season.

Other players who have been linked with a move to Royals in recent days include Manchester United striker Will Keane and Leeds United left back Stephen Warnock.

Steve Clarke has gone on record stating there is money for him to spend this month, should the right opportunity arise.

So to get into the true spirit of the transfer window, we’ve been taking a look at players who should be on Reading’s radar this month.

Here are five defenders and five midfielders we think could come in and do a job for Clarke.

No chance we're getting him if Watford and Norwich are linked
