What about Twickenham? I know its been talked about Chelsea being located there for a year while they rebuild Stamford Bridge but logistics are likely to prevent it due to the high attendance. But if Brentford have a smaller following and restrict the away fans, this could be the answer. Its only 3 miles away.

Twickenham would be non starter for PL matches next season. Being used for 6 weeks from mid Oct for the rugby world cup.

Local (wealthy, and therefore, politically powerful) residents also very opposed to stadium being used for football.

Twickenham has a capacity in excess of 80,000 so way too big for Chelsea or Brentford !

Also is used not only for the World Cup, the 6 Nations, various domestic games and concerts so probably no available space. I believe in fact it has a restriction on the number of events it can stage which limits how many concerts are held there.

Not to mention that Chelsea have been rumoured to be looking to move there for a while when Stamford Bridge is redeveloped.

And QPR can move to Shepherd's Bush Green where they'll take up next year's challenge of Sunday league football. Sounds good to me!
