specialjon Brendan has just been on Radio Berks saying he expects S Hunt to leave before the season begins! Best news i've heard all summer :D

But it's also been made clear that while BR will help SHunt leave, he expects maximum effort and maximum teamwork from him while he's here - and he'll have no hesitation in leaving him out of the squad and making him train at home if he doesn't get it.

I thought you weren't going to mention specific players that you were given info about by Rodgers....

I dont care if the twunt goes for a bag of out of date popcorn. If he doesn't want to play for us why doesn't he do the honest thing and buy himself out of his contract. Then he can just fuck off to whichever shit for brains is stupid enough to give him a job.

Hunt can't do anything but watch the ball - that's the problem. He runs about like a headless chicken on crack and has the brain of a goldfish.

Unlike our real playmakers......who are? Rather have a crack addled chicken with 7 goals and quite a few assists (no I can't be bothered to look it up) than Kebe with little seeming control over his bodily movement and 1 goal or Harps the crab with 2. You lot are just pissed off that he is good enough to go leaving us weaker and not just in the hunting down and tackling role. The way the rest of our midfield sit off players we could have conceded a whole lot more without Mr Hunt and his chicken runs.

The anti-Hunt brigade are beginning to piss me off as well zummerset.

His heart obviously isn't with us so at this point I do hope he goes but he wasn't much worse than anyone else in the 2nd half of the season, and, whatever his underlying motivation, never ever stopped trying his hardest for us whilst on the pitch.

I'm not surprised his heart isn't in it with some of our fans. I'm just surprised they haven't driven him out ages ago, although they effectively have by the way he has been playing, but who could blame him when they are getting on his back so much. What alot of fans don't seem to realise is that we aren't going to have perfect players, in fact far from it, even if we were top of the Premier League those players we would have then, would still make mistakes. Less than our current batch, but then we aren't paying as much (both for them and to them).

As for our fans, some are amongst the best aound, some find it difficult when things don't go our way but still try hard, and some are just rubbish and give up. If you compare the playes to our fans then the players come out on top everytime.

This is the biggest pile of hobbitty tosh that I have ever read in my life. So it is the fans fault that the pikey hobbit wants to leave? So it is the fans that were prostituting ourselves around various media in the last 12 months begging to leave? Get real! I take real umbrage at being accued of driving the hobbit out. The twunt has brought it all upon himself. He obviously has too high an opinion of himself and I would sa that he is extrmely envious of all the others that have left us to stay / return to the premier league.

If Bobby Convey had remained fit, where would the pikey hobbit be now?

Hunt was never good enough for Reading and I'll be glad to see the back of him. There are dozens of players in the Football League who can do his job better than he ever has or ever will.
