Norfolk Royal I thought the quote thing was reasonably amusing while people were using the word to replace a word which it rhymed with.
But why would people think it amusing or clever merely to replace a word that didn't rhyme with quote, as the thread seems to have morphed into?
Are some people just a little bit thick perhaps?
