Another ex-player that some you want back at the club just because they did great for us 3 years ago?

We have McCleary, Blackman, HRK (split opinion I know, but I think he is unfairly targeted), Mackie and Obita who can play there.

Kebe, is 31, hardly kicked a ball and has not set the world alight since he left. He is a winger on the decline at his age and would not inprove the team whatsoever.

I'm notin. Hos former and injuries after he left, as he only plays well for Us.

And on his reading format he's Better than all of them, except (possibly) mcleary

Right.....

He is not better than any currently. He was shite at Leeds on loan and couldn't get into Palace's first team.

Hear, hear!
He had his chance. He thought he could do better. He was wrong.
Same goes for Sigurdsson.

Shock horror - two players offered more money with longer contracts to play in top division decide to accept!!

I would like to see him back, if only to sit on the bench. His appearance, on the pitch for a cameo, or even just to warm up, would stir the crowd and instill a bit of atmosphere. The noise levels have changed so much in recent years, only rising when 'impact' players such as Royston entered proceedings. His only impact was to gesture at the crowd to make a noise, but they did respond. Reading need a new 'favourite' to lift the crowd, a la Murty, Parky. As much as Mackie interacts with the fans, he will never be a favourite.

Step forward Jimmy.

He was a waste of space in his last six months or so here too. Although his time before that more than makes up for it and he's still a legend.
