Snowflake Royal Only seen him in a few pre season games, but he looked pretty complete as a midfielder.

Who scored have him listed as a CB though I think. 5 starts and 6 subs for Ayr iirc.

Definitely has potential. Big and strong with decent passing

Seems a reasonably successful loan in that he got some good game time, if not quite as much as we’d have liked. Suspect he’s back in the u23 for a bit

Senga seemed to be knocking on the door of the first team under Ince, was regularly named (retrospectively speaking) in some post-match press conferences and got an opportunity or two.

I think Hunt brought him on as a holding midfielder against Huddersfield, although he might be a decent CB replacement for Holmes next season if that's his position.

I am honestly shocked that the club are in talks with the EFL about potential incomings.

I would imagine its going something like this:

RFC: We are having to sell all of our better players to stay afloat as the guy you OK'd has done a runner and won't sell. If you want the rest of the season to be competitive, you are going to need to let us bring in some experienced players to make a decent fist of it.

EFL: Well lets see who goes first.

RFC: But what if they don't go until deadline day?

EFL: We might let you sign a couple of free agents who haven't played since last May.

In other news, seems to be a lot of chatter about Bolton looking at Smith.

Seems to be on the basis that a striker leaves. Rumours have been around that Dion Charles could go and today FI linked Victor Adeboyejo with a move to an unnamed overseas club.

Would be great business for them to get a good fee for Charles and then pick up Smith on the cheap.

I fear our season could be all but over by 1 Feb. The only priority this season is getting in owners who can let us recruit well in the summer and stop the slide into NL. I know even a new owner would be prohibited from spending transfer fees, but you can get very good value frees at that level.

Makes you wonder why they didn’t go for him when he was a free agent … Maybe they did.and as smith said in an earlier interview he was lied to, maybe he chose us over Bolton in the summer because of the lies we told him.

NL doesn't feature in my worries. Those are still firmly focused on the club existing.

GoogleTranslate Real Madrid have agreed on a change with Caylan #Vickers - but the timing still seems to be open. Reading FC, which is in financial difficulties, prefers a January transfer.

Wouldn't be to upset with this as he really hasn't been involved in the first team to much and if we could get the reported 1 million for him plus maybe future sell on clause that would be good business.
Also, it was reported by Bowen that any sales from players this month will stay in the club so if true then this deal could possibly fund us for the remainder of the season and hopefully give us enough time to get the club sold and on to a firmer footing hopefully.

I'm guessing it will be regarding loans. There's basically no chance we'll be signing anyone permanently in this window.

Perhaps they're discussing whether we can pay some of a loanee's wages - which would increase the pool of available players we could get - or whether we can only sign loanees who would have all their wages paid by their parent club.

Pompey local paper still suggesting McIntyre will sign before the window closes.

As for Bolton interest in Smith, they are after a striker but been linked with Aaron Collins (apparently bid 550k), Danny Ward of Huddersfield and/or Ennis at Blackburn.

To this point*, no further players being linked with a move away. About 55 hours to go.

Earnshaw has said TMac to Pompey has legs, but it’s not close. He’s also saying that he’s not expecting any incomings, which is as expected.

Let’s hope we don’t lose any more players, but I do think we’re light up front if Smith picks up an injury. I am not sure how Wareham has been doing for the U23s lately?

Would ideally keep McIntyre, but it's still not a disaster to lose him compared to our attacking players.

We are very light up front and will have a noticeable drop off in quality if any of the front 5 are out. But I guess we just have to cross our fingers as there is no chance of incomings. And I guess an extended run could help Elliott/Vickers/Ehibhatiomhan if necessary.

TMac going for £75k . Another one agreed above Bowen's head.

One of our higher earners, not 1st choice, contract expiring soon. I won't lose my shit if this is the end of it. But Wing, Smith, Knibbs and Azeez had better not join in being flogged on the cheap otherwise it's time to send a mob to Pang's place.

£75k is weak piss for McIntyre. I'm not expecting lots given his injury record and contract status, but £100k has to be the absolute floor of what anyone with a brain would accept.

75,000 for McIntyre is a joke. Does anyone have any idea what we actually got for Abbey?
