RG30 We've been hit with another charge from EFL for "Non-Payment of Loan Wages"

Reckon this must be to do with the "must play when fit" clauses. Maybe a debate as to what constitutes fit and available.

"Non-payment of loan wages" sounds more like we had to pay a larger percentage of his wages when he wasn't playing, but didn't pay that. Perhaps we weren't paying his wages if he was playing regularly and had to pay some percentage if we didn't play him (if he was fit).

If its Chelsea over Rahman, can we counter sue on the trades descriptions act, because he certainly wasn't a footballer.
