The away one would look decent as casual wear, though don’t like the collar.

The image is the lion isn’t it? Not the back of someone’s head. That’s the other issue with that one, not clear what it is

The Lion one is the better of the two. even though it'll look like someone's dropped something down the front of it. Home shirt is horrendous again, what the **** is exactly iconic about the Reading skyline that's worth silhouetting? The place is a characterless dump and imaging a few high-rises and a bridge really doesn't sell the place to anyone. Note that the GP "windmill" doesn't appear to have been included. Still given the state the club's in at the moment it's probably right to extend the joke further. Least it's a very slight improvement on the cr@pness of last season's shirt.

Think I'll go for that "phantom brewing" or a Greenock Morton shirt if I really want a blue hooped football shirt for this season.

The leaked Reading 2023-24 away jersey is grey wilh a tonal silhouette of the back of someone’s head on the lower half.

It's so you can play "guess the building" with your mates, the water tower is iconic like the GP windmill and too easy a guess.

Think the home is brilliant, the away not so much mainly because the collar looks awful.

Interested what the back of the home will be like - will it have more Reading icons on? Also wonder what will be on left sleeve.

If you actually like Reading, unlike Sutekh, not sure why you wouldn't like it.

Quite shocked anyone who knows the town wouldn't instantly recognise the silouette of the Maiwand Lion from the Forbury in the away kit.
