Just the type I’d hoped we were going to be after before Dai’s shambles

Experienced CM who has performed in this division. Would be an excellent signing

Data looks pretty great. Likes a shot and key pass, and converts them into goals and assists.

Losses the ball a fair bit and passing is a bit up and down.

Experienced but not over the hill.

Looks fab

He was at Middlesbrough at one stage wasn't he before moving to Rotherham on loan?

Surprised he ended up this far down, I always thought he would do ok at the bottom end of the Championship.

Can he play out wide as well? Or am I mixing him up with someone else?

Probably just the nominative determinism influencing you.

His signing would soon have the club flying up the league.

This is all going to come down the how the club are managed, I think pieces are there to enable the club to deliver some sort of league success in the forthcoming campaign. Hoping Selles can prove himself to be the first decent manager at the club since the few months under Bowen.

I remember seeing that goal on YouTube and sky sports had the audacity to call it a halfway line goal… still very impressive mind.

That’s a collection of very pretty goals from outside the box. More of those please.

I’m sure his alternative montage of scuff-shots and wild efforts would paint an equally grim picture, but a couple of those should get us points from nowhere.
