The signings sound good on paper but it doesn't mean they'll be successful

Things have been improving for a while - when significant changes is required - it’s always worse for a while .

We are a great little Club with a fantastic set up.

Our owner has made mistakes but we now have a quality management team.

The squad is coming together and players are choosing to join us over other Clubs, who appear to be better placed or a league higher than our great little Club.

Frankly, if we signed Rogic and or Walcott and/or Dean in addition to a couple or more quality youngsters - we will have a very good squad….and then the action starts and reality bites….

And then it’s about deeds and not words.

But there is hope and excitement building …..
