I am not sure if my contact on the club side is the same as Brogue's but anyway I got a little nugget last week. We have made an offer to Jamie McGrath. He is biding his time though as he may get SPL and/or championship offers. I would be surprised if we got him but the offer was made and not rejected.
I think he's too good for us but would love if we got him.

26 year old attacking midfielder/winger. Was at Wigan but loaned to Dundee United last season. By the looks of his stats (and the other teams he has played for) he's not too good for us.

The good news is we can compete with all SPL teams on wages (apart from Celtic who have no interest in him).
I think he is holding out for a championship team - we can't wait around forever though and should issue an ultimatum so the wage package can be reallocated elsewhere
